About

About RSVP System

RSVP System is an open-source calendar, reservation, and event management platform built on Drupal. It provides composable building blocks — delivered as Drupal recipes — for organizations that need to manage shared spaces, schedule events, and track attendance.

Who It Is For

RSVP System is designed for universities, municipalities, membership organizations, and any group that manages community events and shared resources. It supports multi-community deployments where each community manages its own calendars, reservations, and members independently on a single site.

How It Works

The platform is distributed as a set of Composer packages that install into any Drupal 10 or 11 site. The core module provides event calendars with FullCalendar integration, resource booking with conflict detection, RSVP and attendance tracking, recurring event support, and QR code generation for check-in. Configuration is delivered through Drupal recipes, making it possible to assemble a site from modular building blocks rather than a monolithic installation profile.

Built By

RSVP System is developed and maintained by Gluebox.com LLC, based in Philadelphia, PA. The project is open source and hosted on GitLab under the GPL-2.0 license.
