Permissions by Term: wire community roles to community taxonomy

Configure Permissions by Term (drupal.org/project/permissions_by_term) to restrict content access based on community taxonomy terms and community_ roles. Nodes with field_community_owner = Library should only be viewable/editable by users with community_library role (plus admins). Evaluate whether this applies to view access, edit access, or both. Document the configuration as a recipe or config export. Consider implications for public-facing content vs. restricted community content.
